Before use this Mdm calculator read these guidelines.
1.This is mdm calculator most useful for daily calculating stocks of rice and other grains.
2. you can easily prepare any month account by copy/paste this sheet then change the month and by editing dates in date column. no need to enter date in specific format in date column.
3.you can prepare not only daily stock account but also monthly stock account.
4.accounting of stock of rice and other grains in one sheet.
5.if you want to make account for other month copy the sheet and paste it in any folder by renaming the name of other month that you want to prepared.
6.you can change प्रमाण portion of grains and cooking things according to your district and your taluka.
How to use.
7.fill only blue colours cells.
8.don't try to change formulas given in white cells.
9.select today's menu by selacting one of the item given in drop down menu in 2nd column.
10.write the labharti/users quantity in column number four.
11.in the day of holiday select holiday in dropdown menu and write zero in labharti columns.
12.if the month has thirty days or 28 days write in row of date 29,30 and,31 in case of February and write in row of 31 date in case of 30 days month in column 2nd as described inpoint number 11.
13.the column of पट संखया is optional.
14.if in any spot you dont want to write or want to show Nil please write zero.
15. you can use this mdm calculator for filing प्रपत्र क्रमांक १ and प्रपत्र क्रमांक २.
16. if any suggestion write in comment box.
17.USE CALCULATOR FOR1-5 AND 6-8 BY COPY/PASTE IN NEW FILE AND BY CHANGING प्रमाण 1-5 TO 6-8.
